The assembly line handles the production of various types of products, regardless of their design, complexity, or functional purpose.

Through-hole components are soldered using Weller soldering stations. Manual assembly tools from Erem and Piergiacomi are used for precision work.

🔹Automated SMT Component Assembly

High-precision SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines are used to ensure accurate and efficient component placement. Orders are fulfilled by a team of qualified specialists. Our production staff operates in three shifts per day, combining automated equipment with manual operations to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.

We are equipped to handle:

Our advanced high-performance equipment allows us to carry out SMD assembly of PCBs of any complexity within minimum turnaround times.

ETU provides professional assembly of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries based on high-quality EVE cells.
