Placing an Order

You can purchase products manufactured by Electronic Technologies of Ukraine LLC by sending a request via our website or by email:

Requests are accepted 24/7, year-round.
However, our managers process inquiries on business days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Once your request is received:

  1. A manager will contact you to clarify delivery details.

  2. An individual price offer will be prepared.

  3. After the price is approved, an invoice will be sent to your email for payment.

⚠️ Please note: we work exclusively with legal entities. Sales to private individuals are handled through our authorized dealers.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Delivery Options

Self-Pickup (Kyiv only)

  • Available by prior arrangement with your manager.

  • Pickup is carried out at the company’s office, after the product is delivered from the warehouse.

  • Please schedule your visit in advance.

Delivery within Ukraine

  • Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta only.

  • Delivery cost is paid separately, according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.

  • The cost depends on the weight, size, declared value, and delivery destination.

✅ Free delivery is available for orders over UAH 10,000.

International Delivery

  • Available upon individual agreement with a manager.

  • Delivery terms, carriers, and costs are discussed separately.

Documentation

Each shipment includes standard delivery documentation:

  • For self-pickup:

    • One signed copy of the delivery note is retained by the company.

    • Another copy is provided to the customer.

  • For courier delivery:

    • The parcel contains two copies of the delivery note.

    • One remains with the customer; the other must be signed and returned to the supplier.
