RTC-01 is a universal controller for managing vehicle and pedestrian traffic lights, street lighting, and additional devices such as countdown timers, traffic detectors, and variable message road signs. It operates both as part of a centralized traffic control system and in standalone mode. Supplied in a vandal-resistant IP54-rated enclosure, it includes a backup power supply, GPS, modem, and a full set of interface modules.

The RTC series traffic controllers is designed for automatic control of traffic lights and street lighting, both within a coordinated traffic signal control system as part of an Automated Traffic Control System (ATCS), and for standalone (local) operation without external control from the ATCS.
